Raise Awareness and Make Connections

We hope to spread the word to our entire region about the significant work that is being done in Greater Worcester through "The Coalition Connection" newsletter and other communication channels, Coalition and community events, and other outreach initiatives.

Develop, Implement, and Evaluate Initiatives

We encourage and facilitate collaboration and unified work toward common goals and objectives through initiatives including the 2016 Greater Worcester Community Health Improvement Plan

Mobilize the Community

The Coalition works to ensure that community voice is part of an ongoing dialogue about health issues and initiatives which address them by engaging community members across sectors, town lines, and socio-cultural differences in all that we do.
